Parinama is a Sanskrit term describing transformation or change, on both philosophical and practical level. It is one of the most important ideas in "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" and is described as the transformation which takes place when one is leaving a period of suffering or “dukkha”.
ParinamaYoga: Our studio has been exclusively created to shape and craft the body and mind through Hatha Yoga. Our lessons include relaxation, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. We offer group classes, online courses, personal one on one sessions, and prenatal lessons. ParinamaYoga welcomes you to bring your own Yoga mat. We are also fully equipped with mats, blankets, and pillows to accommodate everyone who would like to join us. Our classes are smaller to allow for a more intimate experience ensuring you are comfortable whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi.
